Anne-EllettAnne Ellett, certified Nurse Practitioner and Gerontological Nurse, is a dementia specialist, educator, writer and speaker who continues to learn from persons living with dementia For over 20 years, Anne has advocated for innovative and dignified care for people living with dementia, through her association with Silverado Senior Living and then as founder of Memory Care Support, LLC.

Anne consults with LTC and Memory Care operators across the country on best practices for innovative environments in dementia care. She is the developer of the BEST LIFE Approach for supporting persons living with dementia. This approach has been adopted by the Green House Project, in their 200 small nursing homes, throughout the U.S.

LEAP Memory Care training was developed by Anne to support senior living communities offer engaging and meaningful care through accessible and innovative training.
